This Module is all about Excellence In Customer Service which will enhance your reputation allowing you to maintain a Premium lesson price.

Module 4:
This Module really is the icing on the cake!! By now you will have a strong marketing strategy and the ability to convert more enquiries into paying pupils. In this module you will learn how to take total control of your business using not only the tools and strategies learned in the previous modules but strong and creative pupil and diary management.
Once these 4 modules are used in conjunction with each another you will come away from the course with a comprehensive, structured, long term sales and marketing strategy for your business that, if implemented will EASILY increase your income by £8600 per year.
